In 2024, we solidified our commitment to sustainability through our strategic alliance with BaxEnergy and SacotelZnshine. This partnership has positioned us as leaders in the renewable energy market in the Middle East. By leveraging innovative software solutions like Energy Studio Pro®, we have optimized renewable energy asset performance and advanced our mission of promoting sustainable practices in the region.
ESG Certificate
Environment, social, governance are all resonant words in Fernand Hosri Groups vision, values and culture; however never have they been formally integrated within the business strategy.
Adopting ESG principles and making it an integral part of corporate strategy is how Fernand Hosri Group Holding will ensure a sustainable future for both itself and its community After a year of taking the first steps and enrolling in the USAID-TIF stewardship program in partnership with Capital Concept beginning October 2022. We have proudly received our certification.
ESG is the new CSR and stands on 3 pillars Environment, Social and Governance all affecting areas of a businesses in everyday activities.
Achieving the ESG goals is a collective effort involving all Hosri Group Members and all activities we are making sure that all our members are aligned and working a more sustainable ecosystem in Lebanon.

Net Zero by 2050
Our pledge to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050, announced in December 2023, has guided our initiatives throughout 2024. This commitment reflects our dedication to combating climate change and engaging our multi-generational family in this vital journey. MARKET EXPANSIONS
After having opened our offices in Dubai in 2018 successfully established our presence on the market we have expanded our footprint to the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia Market with the reestablishment of MESE middle east safety experts. This decision was made to make sure the KSA gets the attention it deserves.

Lebanon International Solar Week 2024 Held from May 16-18 at the Seaside Arena, Beirut Waterfront, this event showcased our advancements in solar energy solutions. We engaged with industry leaders and stakeholders, reinforcing our commitment to renewable energy and sustainable practices.

The tenth anniversary of our flagship CSR initiative, the Unleash Your Creativity Contest, was a resounding success. With 150 contestants from 8 universities, we celebrated the creativity and innovation of young talents, fostering a culture of sustainability and social responsibility.
